I’ve used these TWICE! I bought them directly from the site during Black Friday, but didn’t open them until this week. Didn’t realize until now that I had ordered the wrong ones. Their customer service is terrible, they haven’t returned any calls/emails to return these. Regular price for shampoo would be $75 and $90 for conditioner. Huge loss for me but I would just hate for them to go to waste!
