Virtua Fighter 4 set PS2

Selling to help with my step dad's medical bills. All items come from a home with dogs and cats; non smoking. Price is firm. Lower offers will not be considered, but I will bundle with other items. Selling as a set only; will not separate. Set includes Virtua Fighter 4, Virtua Fighter 4 Evolution, and guide. Both games have booklets and cases. Guide does not have poster. All items have reasonable wear and tear, including but not limited to: small tears, minimal scratches, staining, etc. Anything that I saw to be notable I did my best to photograph.
