Virginia Tech new, without tags, diaper bag. Can also be used as a messenger or laptop bag. Made by Lil Fan. Adjustable back straps to be worn as a backpack as well as one strap to use as a shoulder bag. Three interior sections, including a middle insulated section. Removeable plastic changing or picnic pad. Excellent condition; never worn. These bags retail for $$$$! Approx measurements: 15” x 15” Pre-owned but never used condition. No rips, holes or stains.
