Virgin Mary & Baby Jesus Religious Icon Round Medal Plaque w/Enamel Border Vtg

Vintage religious medal/plaque. The center seems to be copper or bronze, and appears to depict Virgin Mary and baby Jesus on the round plaque. It is surrounded by an enameled border. The frame is metal (goldtone/brassy. It has a light cream backing that feels like plastic, and is attached to a small black wooden base. Total height is about 2.75 inches. Unknown age; believed to be possibly French in origin. The center metal portion seems to be signed near the lower right edge, but I cannot make it out. Good shape, with some surface wear but no chips or cracks. Location: F2
