Viral Hailey Bieber Dress in Navy (1X)

You’ve seen this dress go viral because of Hailey Bieber, but here is the navy blue version. Long sleeve, high-neck, A-line with slight flare at the bottom. Selling for $20, originally purchased for $35. Also selling the black version in another listing. Fabric is not as heavy as it looks. Sold as a 2XL but I put 1X because it does run a bit smaller. Never before worn because it doesn’t fit me.
