Vintage-look rainbow striped midi dress with puffed short sleeves. Never worn!

This gorgeous dress by Mr Water New York is exquisitely made and in pristine condition (never worn). It is lined and has a back zipper and back shoulder tie. Everything about this piece says high-fashion chic! (Please note that although the size in the dress says XL, it is actually more of a US size 8. I think the XL is for other countries where sizing is different than US sizing.)
