Vintage Tartan Plaid Wool Pencil Skirt with Ruffle detail Sz 8 with belt

This is a vintage wool skirt with pliers on the front and a 5 1/2” ruffle along the bottom. It zips in the back and has a belt (with loops). It is fully lined. It is 30” long but could easily be cut if you preferred. There are a few pin holes on the ruffle and one small (stain) on the front. It’s beautiful. Dry clean only.
