This is a Vintage Sterling Silver & Turquoise Southwestern Cuff Mini Baby Bracelet It is 4 inches all the way around, the opening for the wrist is 1.25 inches, and it can be adjusted very slightly. Since the bracelet has small stones set, you don’t wanna move it a lot. It is about a 10th of an inch all the way around. It has no markings on it anywhere.
