Vintage Sterling Silver Egyptian Cartouche pendant on a 19" SS link chain!

I got this from an estate and I thought it was super unique! The pendant by itself is about 2" long and has detailing all over it. Even on the bail! Could use some detail polishing (in my opinion). I tested the pendant and confirmed that it is sterling silver. I think there is a mark that indicates sterling silver on the side of the pendant, but its not something I would recognize.
