Vintage Stenay Beaded Formal Cocktail/Black Tie S

This beautiful dress is totally beaded with a low back and v-neck front. It’s very, very stretchy so keep that in mind on measurements. There is an area on mostly the side where the beads fell off. I think someone stepped on it. Laying flat waist 10” X 60” from shoulder. It’s listed size is a 10, but I think is more a 2-4 or even a 6.
