True Vintage/Retro Wrap Skirt with Ties. This was my grandmother's. There are a couple stitching repair errors that are barely noticeable (see close up photo) The skirt has two loops and a hole around the waist that's for the ties. Depending on how wide your waist is, this skirt will have a full slit or it will wrap over with a hidden slit as you walk. Super cute with tights and platform boots or platform loafers.
