Vintage R & M Richard's Strapless Dress

Made in the USA. So pretty, strapless dress. Built in bra, ruching on the chest. There is a center strap that ties at the neck if you like. "A" shape skirt. Fully lined. The lining has a ruffled net trim. Size 8 measures 30-36 at chest, 36 at waist, 42 at hips, 34 long from under arm to hem. Vintage but classic and timeless.
