Vintage Y2K Neiman Marcus black velvet and satin cami tank top. Satin Pleated bust give flexibility to cup size. Slightly cropped at 20” shoulder to hem and 15” armpit to armpit while laying flat, but as mentioned the pleating gives flexibility to cup size. The velvet torso has some stretch. No size or fabric content tag, but based measurements it’s approx a modern size XS, but please double check the measurements to ensure a proper fit for you.
