Gold match similar to waiting in Davis but I don’t believe it is by them. Folding handmade tortoiseshell like home with a vintage nail file. You could also use it to hold lipstick, tight fits with the square kind so a circular should be easier. Folding closed measures 4.75” x 1.5”
