Plisse gorgeous bright green and orange fabric. No size or brand label most likely handmade. Approximately size small to medium Bust area can fit most sizes because of the way it’s designed Unless your bust size is extremely large. Waist approximately 14 inches flat or 28 inches around. Hips approximate 20 inches flat or 40 inches around. Length from shoulder to bottom is approximately 33 inches. B
