Excellent Pre-Owned Condition I fell in love with the uniqueness of this dress. It's a Navy Blue Velvet Skirt with a Grey Faux Fur Striped Crop Top on Top. It has an elastic waistband with a back zipper closure. Dress says size 16, but measurements are closer to a size 8/10 Measurements taken lying flat: 17" Chest / 15" Waist / 22" Hips / 52" Length
