Vintage Hopi Kachina Dancer Pendant Necklace

Wonderful and rare - vintage Hopi Kachina Dancer pendant with fabulous workmanship. ~1.5” x 1” Domed pendant inset with Turquoise, Red Coral, and Black Onyx - Dishta style. Engraved in a wonderful geometric design (classic Hopi overlay style) and of course the muscular Kachina Dancer complete with horned mask - A buffalo dancer I believe - the most powerful of all the dancers giving protection from evil thoughts. This oval pendant is hand crafted and sterling silver with patina. The old hook bail makes it easy to add or remove from a variety of necklaces including Navajo pearls if one so desires. Unmarked - so many of the old ones weren’t. A similar pendant is listed at $142 elsewhere. Mild wear consistent with age.
