Vintage Handmade Plaid Skirt sz 12

Beautiful skirt and quality no tags but waist measures 30” converting to a US size 12. Skirt is fully lined and measures 26.5” long. I was recently able to pick at a firmer seamstresses home. People were grabbing all of the ragged clothes but I went in for the handmade stuff. I got some truly one of a kind pieces from her.
