Vintage Fraternal Order of Eagles large dangling Eagle pin

Vintage Fraternal order of Eagles pin with 2 parts connected by chains, vintage estate item. There are 2 pin backs, probably from the 1940’s not sure why, one is larger one smaller, just guessing for different fabric weights. Looks unused , fair amount of oxidation on the back.
