Vintage Dracula hanging prop AS IS Halloween

Vintage Dracula hanging prop AS IS Halloween is about 33 in with material by 16 in with pulpable arms, looks like he used to light up, not working anymore although battery terminals and everything looks pretty clean, I'm not sure why it's not lighting up but sold as is, does have a little paint wear especially noted on the head otherwise no other problems, a little heavier prop due to his head made out of a hard plastic and hands Non smoking home We are a family run business with 3 little girls!
