Vintage Christian Dior night gown ligth blue from the 70's

Beautiful long gown in vintage condition Estate sale find it was on a hanger for long time. thers some snags on both sides of the sleeves about the same side due to the hanger not sure if this can be fix The rest of the gown in beautiful condition size medium style 35015 56" long made in Paris About 37" waist from side to side Some signs of used Light blue with white flowers trimm Please view the video it shoes the damage from the hanger i was told that is from the 70's but i don't know for sure
