Vintage80s,Black Velvet,Vest/Shiny Gold/Grn Detail & Silky Attached White Blouse

This top is striking! It's vintage from the 80s with soft, removable, shoulder pads. Made of a rayon/acetate/nylon blend, it has a black velvet vest which has a cute "V" notch at the bottom & beautiful, shiny dark green & gold brocade design with pretty matching shiny gold metal buttons down the front & on the attached white blouse cuffs. The attached white blouse is very silky & has long sleeves with a cute tie on lower back. Size M on the tag, but please see my photo measurements, as well,as it is vintage. It is dry clean due to the shiny gold & green detail on the velvet vest. GREAT holiday top or for that special,black tie event!
