Vintage 80s does 20s Beaded Tiered Dress This dress is stunning in every way imaginable. From the sleeves to the skirt and the cowl back. Made by Victoria Royal LTD Tagged as a size 14 but runs smaller 100% polyester fabric that Is silky to the touch Overall GVC - I did note a spot on the bust where the fabric shows differently in bright lighting. It’s not noticeable unless you are under stage lights. I went over the skirt thoroughly and did not know any areas where beads were missing.
