Vintage 80s Does 40s Betsy’s Things Navy Blue Short Sleeve Polyester/Rayon Dress with White Lace Collar & Full Skirt Small Armpit to Armpit is 19” Waist is 26” with elastic across back Length is 46” I’m the model & I’m 5’3” & a size small & it fits me perfectly Excellent vintage condition except for one spot on lace on top of left shoulder I was unable to get out- not noticeable & fading on left sleeve as shown in picture Has shoulder pads & pockets Cottage Core Perfect for your Spring or Summer Special Occasion
