Vintage 70s 80s White Terrycloth Sundress Swim Coverup S M

Vintage late 70s early 80s white terrycloth sundress or swim cover up (or both!) with elastic waist, shoulder ties and lace at the top front and back. There is a ruffle along the hem. Pull over styling. There are no tags to be found anywhere in this dress, but the stitching does not look handmade. I cannot verify that though. Laying flat measures approximately 39 inches shoulder to him, 12 inches straight across the elastic waist when relaxed stretching to 20 inches without much resistance and 19 inches armpit two armpits. On my size medium dress form for scale. No noted flaws.
