Vintage 1987 Avon Christmas train engine wooden ornament. It is part of the "Avon Gift Collection" which included a set of five connectable wooden train cars.  • Brand: Avon • Year: 1987 • Material: Wood • Description: The engine features Santa Claus as the conductor and is hand-painted with green and red accents, including a holly motif on the side and a green smokestack. • Original Set: The complete 1987 set consisted of an engine (pictured), an ornament car, a tree car, a cookie car, and a caboose.  Used without original packaging. Fair to good condition. Some paint has chipped off from the green smokestack. See image.
