Vintage 1980’s / 1990’s Neon Chiffon Button Down Blouse Super bright and vivid button down dress top. By Geri C. New York. Size medium. Front button closure. Pleased detail. Loose fit. Excellent gently used condition overall, very minor wear- one subtle minor mark on the left back sleeve. Not noticeable on, but pictured in the last photo zoomed in for full disclosure. (May come out with dry cleaning, not sure.) Laying flat, buttoned, unstretched: Pit to pit- 18” Waist- 17.5” Length- 24” in the front, 26.5” in the back.
