Vintage 1970s Dress Women's XS Green Emerald Velvet Long Maxi Lace Tie Waist

Beautiful Vintage 1970s(?) Velvet Maxi Gown: - there is a faded Union looking tag; dress has a more handmade kind of feel to it - empire waist, lovely lace trim around neck and short sleeves - measures approximately 18" ptp, 14.5" across high empire waist, about 17 3/4" hip - fits XS-S; please pay attention to measurements. I am a 2 and while I could fit the bust/waist, the hips were too small for me - in great condition!
