Vintage,1965,"Cinderella",Maxi,Formal/Prom Dress/Stunning,Embroidered Detail💙🦋

This beautiful baby-blue formal was worn only once in 1965 when I was a Sweetheart's Ball princess in high school. Although, it is very vintage, it is in pristine, like new, condition & just needs a little pressing from being in storage. We ordered it from our Aldens catalog(remember them?)Probably not!😜 It has always reminded me of a "Cinderella" dress with it's long satin bow which hangs full length in the back with the beautiful baby-blue color & intricate floral embroidery on the skirt & bodice of the dress. The skirt is fully lined with an acetate-nylon, net-type,pellon lining popular to that era(see #14 photo). The dress is made of a 60% viscose/40% rayon blend. Size tag says 9/10, but please see my photo measurements,as well,as vintage usually runs a bit small. It is for petite ladies,measuring 48" in length.
