Jou Jou Jeans Classic Perfect mini skirt - can be worn high or low depending on fit (waist measurement) Has a slightly wider hip so good for if you actually have hips (I unfortunately do not) I would say it fits more like a modern 10 (fits me as this size minus not filling out the hips because I literally just have nothing there!)
