Vintage 2000s (y2k) JS Collections midi skirt. Black with layered crepe skirt and satin waistband. Slits up side with rhinestone buckle detail. Semi-sheer. Zip up side. Skirt is in good condition with hanger marks on satin waistband. These can removed through steaming or ironing. Please see photos. Whimsigoth look!
