Vintage wrap crushed velvet with fringe

GUC- this vintage wrap is quite a unique piece. I wore with a vintage gown to a holiday party years ago and I thought I would wear it again. I haven't & now my wrap/scarf collection has grown out of control. There is one flaw that I noted and it is pictured. Measurements for the wrap are forthcoming. From a smoke free environment.
