Vintage women’s retro Comfy ski jacket, down insulated, made in the USA , blue

Vintage puffer jacket, ski jacket, down insulated, blue with an iridescent shimmer, upside down retro triangle snap buttons, 4 pockets, very warm. 2 small stains , barely noticeable, pointed out in video. MADE IN THE USA unsure of sizing because the tag is too worn to read, but laying flat it measure 22 inches across the chest, 23 inches from collar to bottom.
