Vintage women’s Small beaded cord belt

Lovely vintage belt in great condition. Hooks in the back. Belt measures from end to end including hook 31 inches. The widest part of the belt measures 3 inches. Please check measurements. I believe this would fit a medium. But it could be tied at one and to fit a small. Hope this helps.
