Vintage wire surfer sculpture signed

This is a pretty cool piece. The wire has rusted with age and is brown with blue and green accents. It is attached to a white board with signature on bottom. The nails are newer holding it onto the platform. There is some mobility/wobbly. Great mid century art piece. I think the blue is a bathing suit/bikini. please see all pics for measurements
