I had this dress in the early 70’s. I hate even now to sell it but I am really trying to downsize! The bodice is white lace and the skirt is flared with 5 rows of gauzy material. For its age, this dress is in unbelievable condition. I see one spot on the skirt but it would probably wash out. (See photo). It’s from a smoke-free home.

@cmiller512 It is high waisted and that is 16 1/2" across from seam to seam; 15 1/2 " from should seam down to waist; 32" from waist to bottom of dress for length; across bodice from seam to seam, 12". I hope this helps.
