Vintage white jacket with attached scarf size 6

Cute lightweight flowy rayon jacket has front pockets and 2 button closure. Scarf can be draped a number of ways. There's a small smudge on the right shoulder, but other than that it's in great shape. The tag says size 6 but it measures a little larger than that, please see measurements.
