Vintage white gold and sapphire ring.7

I bought this at least twenty years ago and it isn't an excellent condition. It is marked and I tried going back to the jeweleri bought it from but he is no longer there. I'm very certain about stones. I'm not a hundred percent certain that the other stones are diamonds , and this is appropriately price
