Vintage weighted round tapered bottom Santa green bow pipe telescope no hat 5.5”

Vintage weighted round tapered bottom resin/chalkware Santa. Not sure of material so cannot say for sure what it is. Santa has no hat on red coat big green bow and holding pipe in right hand, telescope in left hand and has toys in his work apron. Base is a dark green and has a felt bottom. No visible markings. Paint is in good vintage condition. Great facial expression. Stands 5.5” tall.
