Ugh, this dress is so stinking cute and versatile! Unfortunately, I can’t comfortably wear this snug of a neckline 😭😭 The black velvet & the shape are so excellent, making this a stunner on its own, or layered with a great sweater. Hemline has some fraying, but it seems like the ribbon was stitched intentionally for that look.
