Vintage vase Applied Blue Swirl on Clear Glass Vase 8.75” Art Glass

Condition is excellent condition. There's one bubble near the top of the vase. I have 2 pictures featuring the bubble in the last two photos. I believe this is a Blenko piece but I've been unable to locate an exact match of the glass shape. There are several other similar pieces with the exact same blue applied swirl within Blenko's history. There is no pintail at the bottom which confuses me on the history.
