Vintage union made women’s textured coat

Vintage union made women’s textured coat I assume it’s wool but cannot guarantee. Satin lining. Unique purple buttons. Interesting seams. Top button is not attached but is in the pocket. Bottom button is slightly loose but can easily be fixed. Overall excellent condition. Ptp is 22”, length is 45”, and sleeves are slightly cropped - shoulder to wrist measurement is 24”.
