Vintage two Unisex Butterick Cabbage Patch Kids Preemie Clothes Sewing Patterns

This is two pre-owned Butterick sewing patterns for Cabbage Patch Kids doll clothes. The pattern envelope shows signs of age, including yellowing and some staining. The pattern number is 3269 for the Preemie size and 6827 for the standard size. The envelope contains the paper pattern pieces and instructions for creating various outfits. The pattern pieces are complete. Patterns are old from the 1980’s so does have yellow tint and lots of wear. The envelope has lots creasing and wear along the edges.
