This dresses in excellent vintage condition. The chest is 38 inches. The waist stretches from 26 to 35 inches. The length from shoulder to him is 38 inches. The side has buttons for slit options. There are belt loops and no belt. It’s listed a size 16 but it fits more like a M/L.
