⚡️Vintage teal blue skirt

I wish this fit me! Tiny little thing. Waist measures 12” flat. No stretch. Rayon. Teal blue with white pattern. Pockets. Button waist. Mid length. One tiny little hole that I missed several times because it’s hard to see/find. Hole is on front under waist band. Wrinkles from storage. See pics. My best guest is modern size 1-2. No rips or stains. Best color representation is the swatch I added.
