Amazing vintage beaded sterling silver bracelet with 3D box charm that has a gothic looking cross, and it opens! It may have been a medicine box! So cool! It is definitely meant for a tiny wrist , although it is elastic and you could restring it, but it is currently about a size 5” wrist. So cool though!
