Vintage smocked top. Black with white polkadots

From the back of the closet, circa 2004... the classic millenial "going out top." smocked top with flowy bottom. Has ties at the base of the smocking to pull it back. no sleeves. A bit sheer. black with white polk dots. Lable says XL. I think it is closer to a Large. Smocked top is 13 inches across. Length from top to bottom is about 20 inches.
