Vintage original BEAR BRAND One Pound Postal Scale. Measures approximately 2" wide x 4.25" high x 4" deep. Seems to be accurate. Green turquoise Paint is in overall nice Condition - minor dings, rust and paint loss is present - could use a good cleaning.
