Vintage size Small Oxygen Skirt Women's zip back pleated gray tweed above knee

Vintage women's skirt by "Oxygen" in size small. This is a dressy skirt, which may have been part of a two-piece outfit at some point. There are loops for a belt, but I do not have a belt. It has a zipper closure in the back and is pleated. The material tag is missing. It is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition with no flaws such as stains, tears, holes, etc. Smoke-free, clean, and ready to wear! You could add your own belt or wear it without. The fabric has a light tweed feel to it, and it is gray and black and white... Length: 21" Waist: 13“ The bottom, where it flares out, measures approximately. 34".
