Vintage silver plated twisted handle butter knife or butter spreader. The back of the shaft is marked W silverplate. This is an unknown pattern / maker but the style will mix and match well with most others. It is about 7” long. There is overall light surface wear and some tarnish but no damage or pitting or other flaws. Will make a nice addition to your formal dining table.
